The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. It felt cozy with the clean surroundings and had a nice view that added to the relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the large bathroom with ample toiletries stocked up, which made my stay feel more luxurious. the bathroom window didn't seal well, letting in some noise from the traffic, which was a bit distracting at times. the plug in the bath didn't seal properly, causing the water to drain quickly. Despite these imperfections, I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially considering the friendly staff and the great access to nearby attractions.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired, with cobwebs lurking above the bed and a heated towel rail that didn't work, causing some inconvenience. The room labeled as King/Deluxe felt cramped, and the layout was less than optimal, particularly with an exit door leading directly onto a narrow landing. the plug in the bath was faulty, leading to a quick water drain, and a smart TV would have been a welcome addition. The noise from loud golfing guests during breakfast detracted from the overall experience, turning a peaceful morning into a rather chaotic one.

Free Wi-Fi in rooms was great, but the golf course was a bit rugged.

During my stay at The Lodge @ Carus Green, I found the staff exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The evening meal and breakfast offerings were delightful, with fresh ingredients lovingly prepared. I truly appreciated the cleanliness of my room, providing a cozy retreat.

Had a blast with friends! We checked in smoothly and enjoyed the cozy lounge area. The location is perfect for golfing and fishing. Make sure to explore nearby attractions for a good time! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I loved how warm and clean my room was, and the staff kept me informed about my upcoming room change with a broken boiler. The TV lounge had some great options for a cozy evening in, especially the board games available. The room was a bit snug for my taste, but it was fine for my two-night stay. Definitely plan to check this place out for a chill getaway! 😊

really enjoyed my stay here! the room was super clean and had a nice view, felt really cozy! the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially shannon, she really made our stay better! also, it's in a good spot near a golf course and only a short walk to kendal town, so that's a big plus. liked the modern bathroom too, very spacious!

Amazing stay with great golf!

Just spent 3 nights here and it was fab! The ensuite room was super comfy, loved the rain shower. Only a short walk to town, perfect for dinner. I tried the bar for snacks, which was nice. One thing, the golf course needs sandboxes on the tees. Otherwise, it’s top-notch!
